One address for everything: hello@dogbonegenerator.com. There is no contact form and no upload endpoint, because the site has no backend that could receive one. Replies are usually within a few days; this is a small independent project, not a support desk.
Reporting a bad export
Geometry bugs are the reports worth the most, and they are much easier to reproduce with a few specifics. Please include:
- The CAM or drawing software and version that opened the file.
- The bit diameter and units you entered, and the units you chose on import.
- Whether you used the SVG or the DXF, and the relief style.
- The shape itself — paste the SVG path text into the email body, or the pocket width and height if you used the built-in rectangle.
- What you expected versus what the corner actually looked like.
The fastest way to send the exact configuration is to copy the URL from your address bar after setting the tool up. Everything except a pasted shape is encoded in the fragment, so that link reproduces your settings precisely.
Before you write
Two issues account for most reports. If the shape imported at roughly 3.78× the size you expected, the file lost its millimetre width somewhere — the SVG vs DXF guide explains why and what to do. If the pocket came out one cutter diameter too large, the exported contour was offset by hand before CAM applied its own compensation; the contour is already the finished pocket.
Feature requests
Outline and outside-cut mode, arcs and curves in pasted input, and multi-contour parts are all known gaps rather than oversights. Saying which one blocks a real job you are trying to do is more useful than a list, because it says which one to build first.
