The black line is the finished pocket contour, not the cutter-centre toolpath. Your CAM still offsets by this same bit. Only corners between 85° and 95° are relieved; this pocket is 90°.

What the layers mean

The dashed line is the nominal square pocket. The solid line is the contour after relief. That solid line is what SVG and DXF export. It is not the path of the cutter centre.
